[Inkscape-translator] Translation of Tutorials

Triggered by an earlier message about updating tutorials, I managed to find the v1.4 Basic Tutorial, updated its Dutch translation and created an MR. (Fingers crossed for its approval)

Now, the Basic Tutorial po's had recently been updated. This is not the case with the po's for the other tutorials.

Should I go ahead updating the Dutch translations for the tutorials in the 1.4 branch, or should I hold off for now, because these require source updates as well?
