Oh, and I also found https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/dapper/+source/inkscape/+pots/inks... again today, and there are possibly some new strings for us. If someone wants to take a look... I probably cannot do it before the weekend.
(I could also write a long rant about Rosetta, but won't do it now.)
