I think translations from weblate are only merged right before a release, or on request.
They end up in a separate branch on Gitlab, if at all. Looks like that's not working currently. Or maybe there were no new translations added since May 8.
I don't know whether it works like that in weblate, I suppose there's a setting for it when you upload the file? Or when you use the web interface, you can choose a suggested string? Try it out and let us know.

What is the delay as in <subj.> ? If I knew the gap was quite big, I would rather have translated it "traditionally" in offline mode and only upload to Weblate from time to time, in order to be able to check my translation right away, whenever I want or need.
And somewhat related, from past experience with LibreOffice, a same string translated in – say – current branch, becomes automatically translated in master (or the other way round, or something like that). Does this apply here also ?
