Hi Lucas,

yes, the error message asks you to make two posts to the forum that can
be confirmed, to make sure you're not a spammer. This is a comparatively
recent spam protection measure which was put into place because we had
lots of spammers request team access / access freely accessible teams,
to get more exposure to their user profiles.

I'm not sure how to emulate that from the administration interface, so I
think the easiest way would be to say hi somewhere on the forums and
have your posts approved.

https://inkscape.org/forums/cafe/
or reply to a couple questions in the Spanish help forum at
https://inkscape.org/forums/espanol/
