[Inkscape-translator] Intro

Hi translators,

I’m a longtime inscape user. I contributed to the translation of other Open Source / Free project. Recently in particular I started translating the elementaryOS Linux distribution. I’m an Italian living in México, so I speak fluently Italian and Spanish, but I also speak some English, French and a little of Brazilian Portuguese. I’m also a proud Pastafarian.

I would like to contribute to Italian translation, starting with the website, which I think is the most important welcome point for new users. Only the front page is currently translated in Italian.

If it’s ok, please give me permission to edit, or else let me know what’s the next step I should do.
