Hello and welcome aboard!
I'm 驿窗, I've been working on translating inkscape for the last two years, including UI Chineseization and creating Chinese tutorials. Also, last month Ted1277 started translating inkscape's website.
What are the main contents you want to translate? If you can, let's communicate to avoid duplicate translations.
