I think so : Bryce used to post this kind of info for the global status of translations. I'll try to do the following : - Number of strings to translate - Date of last update - % of untranslated strings - % of fuzzy strings

This raises two flags in my opinion :
- this WE, I'll get a look at the .po files and see what's the translation
status for them.
- maybe we should give some more explicit information about translators :
such
as displaying a page in the wiki with information about 'who is translating what' and 'how to contact them'
Example : Translation coordinator: Arpad -> contact Translator ML: this list
Spanish: es.po, Lucas -> contact Spanish (Mexican): es_MX.po, Daniel -> contact
(etc)
