[Inkscape-translator] Intention to start translating the .po for the program itself in Romanian

Hello again! I have decided to focus on the translation of the program itself because I think it would be more useful to more people. Anything other than the what's on this page https://inkscape.org/contribute/translations/ (and of course the links from previous messages) that I should know?
