The last zh_TW.po has a problem, all translation gone in it. I tried to compile and update POT by myself, then use POT file to update
I'm sorry for this, it's a problem I caused by accidentaly commiting a broken version in r20879 (removed header).
I commited your version merged with current template in r21248.
