Create a bug report here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+filebug
and attach your translation (Gettext PO file). Please note in the report that the language is new (should be added to LINGUAS file).

I am surprised to note that there is nobody in this mailing list who can help me start pushing translations for Indian languages onto main repository.
I am struggling to find out the language teams for Indian languages. Is localized Inkscape available for download (for Indian languages) ?. If yes, can someone send me the link from where to download.

- As you can see, there are no translations for Hindu and Gujarati, only
incomplete Bengali translation. If you tell us your OS (Linux distribution, Windows, Mac OS X) maybe someone can send you a link to the current development package of Inkscape.
