[Inkscape-translator] Committing translated docs

Hi everyone :)

Trung has sent me several translated tutorials! :D

However, checking the wiki, the docs page:

says translated tutes should be uploaded to the Launchpad bug tracker. However, the wiki's own bug report page:

http://www.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Inkscape_Wiki:Bug_reports

says to use the Sourceforge tracker.

Which one should we use to commit tutorial translations?

I gather we can't commit them directly via SVN, because they need to be converted from PO to XML and SVG.
