Marcin, can you add links in the stats table to directly download the
latest version of the translation .po file for every language?

And can you please add a text like this one:

hesitate to download an empty template from here (inkscape.pot) and
send your translation (LINK TO BUG TRACKER OR WHEREVER INKSCAPE
TRANSLATIONS ARE UPLOADED) (please DO NOT send it to any of Inkscape's
mailing lists). We will be glad to include it in the next Inkscape
release.

If you intent to maintain the translation and keep it up to date, you
should consider subscribing to the inkscape-translator mailing list.
Important information, such as notifications about newly added strings
that need translation, are sent to this list and you also can ask for
help."
