Hi translators,

jazzynico has prepared two new web pages for our website, where you can
see the current status of translations for everything directly connected
to the Inkscape program (UI, Tutorials, man page, key&mouse reference):

These pages do not require translation ;) (and can't be translated via
our cms, anyway.)

But I've linked them from
https://inkscape.org/en/contribute/translations/

so if you have translated that page (or copied it to your language),
please update, so others can find this cool info, too :D

I've also made another tiny change on that same page, see attached
screenshots.
