[Inkscape-translator] about permission of translation's editor tool for sujiniku

For now, I(sujiniku) do not seem to have the permission to use editor tool.

Is Website Editor is "Website Editor" ?

Now I can't use "Website Editor" .

Because I visit the Inkscape's official site, but I do not see the screen such as editing tools.

Or would I need to install something application ?
