[Inkscape-translator] What a big chang!

Hi developers,

In 0.48.x branch-r9714, POTFILE.in is updated and it seems to affect all of existing translations. As for ja.po, It was completed expect for unimplemented features but there are 88 fuzzy and 72 untranslated strings after the commit.

If it's necessary changing, please notify us.
