[Inkscape-translator] Spanish translation of the tutorials

Hi all, with the huge milestone that is v 1.0 of Inkscape I wanted to complete the translations of the tutorials to Spanish. These are partially already done but I haven't found any reference to who the last translator was.

I'd appreciate any information so I can contact them to coordinate this effort if possible.
