[Inkscape-translator] French translation broke inkscape usability

Don't know for other translations but it could be good to verify.

In french translation, alt-key is used to access menu.

This totaly broke usability : 1st lot of shortcut can't be accessed. 2nd lot of function recquire and can only be done with alt key as for example : select an object underlying antother one.
