Is it necessary to have such a list?

Although my name is not on the main list it is shown among the Ukrainian translators ("translator-credits" in main po). That's what the user wants (or does not want ;)) to see.

I am translating since 2006 and not 2007. I didn't translate Inkscape in 2009.
