In the translation statistics, it states Portuguese translations for Inkscape 1.4 UI were last updated on 2021-10-10

I submitted Ana's translation last week on May 7, before the last update on May 11, to 100% completion for both 1.4 and Master as shown below

Was this perhaps overlooked, or did we miss something on our merge request?

One other question.

There are two new translation strings that read something along the lines of "Space between path and major ruler mark, % of mark length" as illustrated in the screenshot below in red.

I believe these two are meant to actually show the plain percentage symbol, and are not to be interpreted as placeholders for some variable.
Is my interpretation correct, or are they really placeholders?
If so, PoEdit marks this as an error because it seems to be interpreting them as an erroneously translated placeholder. Will this cause issues down the line, or can we leave them as is?
