[Inkscape-translator] 0.48.1

Hey all,

I've seen occasional translation updates here and there throughout the progression of 0.48.1. I don't believe any strings have changed very recently, but wanted to follow up with you all to see if you wanted a little time to look things over before we move forward. Please let me know your thoughts.
