[Inkscape-translator] Inkscape 0.44 Press Release

Hello Inkskape translators !

I have followed lucas path.

So Italian is in place. Let's see other langs :) Maybe we should create a common skeleton for RAs, because many parts are static (such as incipit and footer, which I've taken from 0.43 RA)

I am proud to announce that the german translator-team have successfully completed the translation of the Inkscape press release 0.44 . :-)

P.s. I had no skeletons to assist me.
