[Inkscape-translator] Generate documentation, but only one language

Hi there, I've been working on the translation of the documentation, tutorials, man page, etc. and I wanted to generate the SVG and HTML files to review and correct. I saw in the README https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-docs/documentation/#generating-documentation-on-your-own-computer that you can generate the whole package with `make all`, and that works fine, but I'd like to keep it fast and clean, and only generate one language (in my case, Spanish). Is this possible without a massive update to the Makefile?
