[Inkscape-translator] FAQ: Item about preserving colors updated

Hi translators,

I've just updated (that is, mostly rewritten) the FAQ item about how to preserve colors for future use (Marc had fixed a directory for Ubuntu, but we already have a better explanation for that in another part of the FAQ, and some important info was missing anyway).
