There is a documentation on this file format:
https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/PO-Files.html
but it is better to use the specialized editor (e.g. poEdit, OmegaT, Lokalize,
gTranslator, Virtaal) to avoid mistakes.
