If pt_PT is more complete than pt_BR is it possible to put inside pt_BR? It will look "exotic" to brazilians but it is way easier for them to understand than english.
Idk if this is possible. Just feeling miserable for not completing pt_BR...

I went ahead and updated the NSIS installer accordingly, so it can
install all available Inkscape translations now.
@translators:
It would probably be a good time to have a quick look at the installer
translations (they're separate from the .po files) if you have some time
to spare, see
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/0.92.x/ files/head:/packaging/win32/ languages/
for the currently available translations.
