thank you for your work and congratulations for reaching 100% in 0.46.
I commited your translation to the 0.46 branch. I also updated zh_TW
in the trunk branch, which in time will become Inkscape 0.47. You can
find it here [1] and update it if you wish, there are only few
messages missing.
