Yes, I can reproduce it with SVN 15916 (tested with ru and it), check: http://img38.picoodle.com/img/img38/9/8/28/f_inkscapem_90e74a0.jpg

However I couldn't reproduce it with yesterday SVN checkout (ie. the one before bulia committed improved tweak tool).

I have a rough idea on what is happening, but I have to check first.
