[Inkscape-translator] Basque translation for 0.91 done!

Hi all,

I just uploaded Basque PO file for 0.91 to Launchpad. PO file is 100% trsnalated :)

Uploaded as bug in:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1393181

Can you add it to Inscape as well for 0.91 as for trunk?
