What does this mean, please?
The left two columns indicate news releases. The top row is the top new item on http://www.inkscape.org; the second is the second down, etc.
The columns to the right indicate whether the news item was translated into the given language.
I did get the call for translations of the Release Announcement in the wiki. Do we need to translate something else?
There are a range of items to be translated, at differing levels of priority. By far, the top, highest priority is the Inkscape interface itself. Tutorials and the Release Announcement are a second level priority. Other things such as the wiki and news items are worth working on once the higher priority items are completed, if time is available.
