[Inkscape-translator] Last call for translations' updates for 0.45

Hello fellow translators,

this is the last call before we mark 0.45 as final. Please, if you still have got any updates to translations for 0.45 left, put them to the sf.net patch tracker and assign them to me(cwebb) or Arpad. We will apply them as soon as possible to get the release on time.

So far we increased the number of significantly translated files to 27 which is really good number. And if my memory does not fail on me, there is at least one translation left, the Esperanto one :)
