[Inkscape-translator] Change in string after streng freeze

Hi to all, thanks to Maren I notice a wrong string on ui/tools/measure- tool:cpp on line 781.

Te change is: "Add Stored to measure tool" become "Keep last measure on the canvas, for reference"
