I've heard from devs that they are planning a bugfix release of the 1.3.x branch in the first half of November.
If you'd like to improve your 1.3 translations or increase the percentage of translated strings (see status at , please grab the po files from https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/jobs/artifacts/1.3.x/download?job=tra...
Up-to-date sttatistics for the current translation status of Inkscape 1.3.x will be available shortly (probably tomorrow) at https://inkscape.org/doc/devel/translations-statistics-1.3.x.html
If I get any updated info about the release date from devs, I'll let you know here - I think it would probably be best to aim for being finished by the end of October.
