Hi Marcia,
welcome to the translators mailing list!
Our Wiki isn't usually translated, except for the language-specific
glossary pages and the release notes, but I think you're referring to
website translation, is that correct? (This mailing list is for all
translators of all parts of Inkscape.)
The website does not have a Dutch version yet, so you would need to
start by asking to have it added in a new issue at
https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web/-/issues .
Then this change needs to be made available on the website by Martin Owens.
Then the next step would be for me to update the po files at
https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web-i18n
so a po file for Dutch would be generated.
Then it would become available for translation, and you'd usually make a
merge request for that repository with your updates.
For translating website content, you can find information in the Wiki at
https://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite
but that will only become relevant after there is a po file available.
Thank you,
Kind Regards
Maren

Hello,
Lately I noticed a lot of content isn't translated into Dutch. I like to
volunteer to help.
I have some experience in translating wiki pages
(
https://manual.cgeo.org) and noticed this part isn't translated at all.
Of course I'm willing to translate nl.po files too but I think you have
already enough people there.
Kind regards,
Marcia van den Hout aka Linsty
