Doh, found out about this list a bit too late. I've just finished Inkscape translation to Finnish.
I hope you are still starting the process. Oh well If you have a full translation too I suppose the quality of the translation will increase if we merge our translations together.
My translation is currently going through a quality check by the finnish localization group (http://www.lokalisointi.org). Once that's done I'll be contacting you again.

Ah. Let's say that 2 translations is better than one. But I guess i will add a page in the wiki showing who is working on what : why duplicating efforts when there is enough work for everybody (interface, tutorials...)

Ah good it's a very positive point. A team works better than individuals.

PS : I'm also adding a finnish line in the translation status page. For now, it will indicate 0%, but we are all counting on both of you for improving this :)
