Just to make sure we don't screw up with tutorials. Yesterday tutorial-tips.xml was updated to fix mentioning Gaussian blur as a not available feature. The change is tiny -- just 2 or 3 sentences.

If you haven't updated your translation and you still have time for it, please do so. If you won't be in time, we will still have 0.45.1, I guess ;-)
