The 'Welcome / Let's set up a few things...' strings from the first tab of the welcome screen are not translated for Romanian (at least on Windows), i.e. a start-welcome-text.ro.svg file does not exists among the other ones.

According to a comment from the .po file, these are #. Not automatic, but will be turned into start-welcome-text.svg

Also from a previous message on this list [1] I had been led to understand that these strings would be automatically translated, assuming their translations exists in the .po file of the target language (let alone that the Windows installer strings are a translation mess).
