I would suggest to add link for "windows code page" so people can find what code to use for theyr language.

we could give you an account, if you like ;) Just tell us the nick name you would like to use. Updating the info will help other translators.

Or you could tell us exactly what needs to be changed, and we will make the changes - I do not know enough about the topic in question to make them without your help.

A good way of getting into contact with other translators and our program translation manager would be to open a bug report for your translation (e.g. "Inkscape Windows installer needs Danish version") here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape - there you could also add your translated file, when you are done.
