If you've already translated the release notes, this will be a quick task, because the biggest part of it is a copy from the Wiki.

Also be sure to compare with previous release news at https://inkscape.org/en/news/2017/01/04/inkscape-version-092-released/, I think the bottom part can also partially be copied.
