Hi qian,
Thanks for joining us here!
We can surely use your help with translating the website :)
Is that where you would like to help? If that's the case, I think a good first task would be reviewing/improving po file translations for the interface:
https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web-i18n/blob/master/zh/LC_MESSAGES/dja... - about 40% of its entries are no longer up to date, or untranslated.
(or https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web-i18n/blob/master/zh_Hant/LC_MESSAGE... for traditional / Taiwan Chinese)
Do you have any previous experience with CMS translation, or, specifically, with django-cms?
If not, and you'd like to continue by helping us with the website contents, I'd like to suggest you play around with it first on our sandbox instance of the website, as there are lots of pitfalls and, unfortunately, some bugs, too.
I don't know if creating an account there currently works or not, so please try it here: http://inkscape.sandcats.io:8091/
If it doesn't, let me know, so I can create one, and give you the correct set of permissions (so it's most realistic).
If what you have been looking for was translating the Inkscape program itself, please refer to https://inkscape.org/en/contribute/translations/ for more info.
Kind Regards, Maren

Yes, sounds good to me. I created an account in gitlab @deusk, so I can either push to the repo or submit merge requests.

No experience, but I can learn. In GIMP, we used XML docbook.

It was error out when I tried to create an account.

I’ll also look into that as well.

Hi Qian,
you should just have received an email with user name and password.
See you on gitlab, and then later let us know when you're ready to jump into the real website!
Kind Regards, Maren
