a few day ago I tried to update (svn up) from server (https://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/inkscape/inks) but no new messages update. In catalog of Kbabel I saw some countries show different messages number (ex: he has 4239 messages, km has 3986 messages).
P.S. I tried updtae message for Khmer (km).
Do I have to use another option for svn up?
Could anyone tell me about this?

In po directory there is a file named update_po_files.sh which you should run. This is not done automatically, since others but translators do not benefit from this, but it takes quite a time. If some files are deleted in between, then this ends with an error. To fix it remove the line specified from POTFILES.in (in the very same directory).

Since recently one should run this script or, rather, do 'make inkscape.pot' inside ;po' directory *after* successfull compilation of Inkscape. This is because name and descriptions of SVG Filters can be merged to POT template file only one they are collected to a source file from multiple SVG files.
