Hello to peoble around Inkscape,
I have a school work: to do 30 pages of translation from English to Czech.
As a Inkscape user and student of semiotics at Charles University in Prague, I would like to get some instructions to manage some work for the translator team, maybe for the Czech part if there is some.
Thank you for further info.

Hello to peoble around Inkscape,

Does it have to be a continuous 30 pages of text or is it possible for the text to be a text consisting of text snippets? And how many time do you have for it? I am asking because I can offer you a translation of Inkscape tutorials plus maybe some wiki pages that could be translated to Czech language too. Why do I need to know the time frame is because we are in pre-freeze state for strings and it would be good to have at least all tutorials translated in the new version.

Let me introduce you the Czech translation team ... me :) There is also one student from Olomouc who did previous translation of 4 tutorials last year and plan to work on it this year too, but I haven't heard of him for a few months.
You can find some information about how we organise translations on our wiki [1]. The interface, tutorials' and website translations are described there.
If you would like to grab this "job" or need more info, please feel free to directly contact me using Jabber IM (cornelius @ njs.netlab.cz) or by mail.
Cheers and thanks for the offer Josef Vybíral a.k.a. cornelius
