Oh wow what an amazing find! I can't believe I didn't know about this.

This is an amazing manual, it seems to be made for a workshop about Inkscape. Yes, please include it on the website!

SRCE is an amazing government agency, and oxymoron I know lol They are responsible for bringing Internet and later broadband internet to Croatia ahead of many other European countries. Their open source spirit is very high, and although I know about their Drupal related activities I'm so glad to see they're into Inkscape too!

They licensed the manual with http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0

They state that it was made by a team, so maybe they'd like the whole team to be attributed, or maybe just the SRCE. We can ask them and see what they prefer.

Thank you Milo for working on the translations! I tried to translate the app a long time ago but it was way over my head, I don't use almost any software in Croatian and I was so lost about how to name things.

I found this site at the University Computing Centre (SRCE) of the University of Zagreb, Croatia. This would be much better for croatian users, than having to read the english versions. It is based on „Inkscape0.91”, but I don’t think that should be a problem.
