Dear Sir or Madam, 　I'm Yu-Hsin,Chang , a college student  from Taiwan , and write to apply for Inkscape translation in traditional Chinese.  　Recently, I was fortunate enough to meet a person who devoted himself to promote the concept of Free Software so I started to get to know more about Inkscpape. Besides, due to his introduction, I met  Cheng-Chia Tseng who is one  member from translation team in inkscape. After knowing his distribution for inkscape and other free software , spurring me to do my little effort. 　As for me,  I've used Inkscpae for  nearly 1 year when I need to make images after knowing Inkscape. Now, I want to follow behaviors that  people I mention above have made to make inkscape better.   Please let me know what else I need to prepare for doing translation.   I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
