A version already exists with the Spray Tool... the person backed that entry out because someone complained that it was unfair that I pointed out that it was missing in this one.

PS. Should the spray tool be so high up in the list of tools?

This has been discussed before, and I don't think any real suggestion was made, just the observation (same discussion mentioned the Tweak tool as well).
