1) Why inkboard (aka pedro) isn't translatable?
2) What is "RGB fallback" ("Fix RGB fallback to match icc-color() value.")?

I really don't know. Maybe it could be translated on another place.

AFAIK it will be disabled for 0.47. Te usual way to enable translation is to include it's i18n-ed source files into po/POTFILES.in. This page mentions stabilization of Inkboard as a goal for 0.48 http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Roadmap#Milestone_14_-_Inkscape_0.48... See also http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Inkboard2.0

I don't know. I attached the other translations if that's of any help. If we don't figure it out, we should ask joncruz, who commited this in r16150.

Polish, russian and ukrainian translations are terrible. Other languages can't help me :( And sources don't give good answer. So I suppose we should to ask joncruz.

Your translation of that msg looks like babelfished (or google-translated). But ukrainian is even worth.

I always suspected I wasn't entirely human :) Suggestions are welcome :)

But before suggesting smth we need to know *what does it really meens*.
When icc color is used, the fill changes from something simple like this:
"fill: #ff0000"
to instead look like this:
"fill: #ff0000 icc-color(blah, 0.0, 1.0, 1.0, 0.0)"
where "blah" is the name of some color-profile that links an .icc file.
*If* software displaying the SVG file supports profiles, then it will use the icc-color(blah...) part, and will ignore the "#ff0000" version. Only if displaying software does not support profiles will it use the "#ff0000". So in that case "#ff0000" is the "fallback" to be used just in case.
A bit more detail can be seen on the wiki: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/InkscapeColor

BTW, the "fix" part of that option is to correct for the situations where the eith the fallback value or the icc-color() part has changed without a corresponding change in the other part. So they have become out of sync, and there would need to be a change to correct that.

Now that I understand a bit better I think I must agree that Polish translation is useless.
I think I incline to change it to: "Popraw kolor określony przy pomocy składowych RGB aby odopowiadał kolorowi wg. profilu ICC"
Will this help other languages?

I like it. It's better to have smth descriptive than smth nonunderstandable :)
Will this help other languages?
Yes :)

Because it isn't really a ready feature, and i18n wasn't implemented there, so it was half translated and half (mostly, in fact) not. Since nobody worked on this we disabled fetching those few localizable messages.
