Anyone can join the Inkscape translation team, there is no application or anything for it. There is no Uzbek translation for Inkscape at all, so you will be the first!

and it is recommended that you also read up on related information linked from our website and the wiki.

I just looked up Uzbek in Wikipedia, as I know so little about it. Apparently, Uzbekistan is currently in the process of finalizing the move from Cyrillic to Latin letters. I suppose you're going to use the Latin variant?
