Some new languages with (a few) translated strings

Rosetta has some new languages for Inkscape at https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/dapper/+source/inkscape/+pots/inks...
Worthwhile maybe be en_AU, eo, id, ro.
However, while I have an account on launchpad and tried to export the po files, the web interface told me that I'd get e-mails which didn't arrive yet, a few hours since requesting them.
Maybe someone else can try that too.

Sometimes some actions, as exporting to .po files, are delayed because the system has a big load. The Rosetta system isn't a important part of Ubuntu plans.
Sometimes I have to did it another time to get the .po file. Try another time.

I have now committed these po files to the trunk (not to the 0.45 branch). Please check of we want to have then in 0.45.1 - I suppose only en_AU is complete enough to make sense (1465 translated messages, 621 fuzzy translations, 388 untranslated messages.).
