The list of the last translators can be found in the PO file itself. It can be downloaded here: http://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/inkscape/inkscape/trunk/po/de.po

thank you for your answer. I got the po-file and translate the sentences via PO-Edit. How can i upload my translation later?
