the next Inkscape release is knocking on the door. See below the next following steps.

We are not yet in Freeze mode. So you can easily check the translations. Be aware there might be some minor changes. Once SVN is branched all changes have to go through the release wardens aka. submit to patch-tracker. Update the latest svn trunk or get the current files from the web-svn portal http://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/inkscape/inkscape/trunk/po/

There will be an other notification after we pass string freeze.

You receive this mail as your address is stored in the .po translation file of the inkscape project.

• Test installation of packages for all major platforms

Release

• Final verification of late work, packaging, release notes, etc.
• Post inkscape-0.45.tar.gz
• Post packages for major platforms
• Post official announcements
