Last call for translations for Inkscape 1.0
Hi everybody!
Things are starting to get serious with Inkscape 1.0!
Currently, it looks as if there are about 2 weeks left for adding translations to the 'big' release.
So if you'd still like to help your fellow language speakers out with a well translated Inkscape 1.0 (or its tutorials, man page, keyboard shortcuts or Windows installer), please head to the Wiki page

The UI language of the Appimage of 1.0rc1 can not be modified from en to zh_CN(Edit > Preferences). I tried 3 times and it's still en UI.
So, how to test my po translate file?
Unfortunately this seems to be a known issue with the Appimage, see https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/issues/857
If anybody can help with Appimage packaging let us know, help is highly welcome.
For testing the translation I can only recommend to use one of the alternative ways to obtain Inkscape (e.g. ppa or self-compiled version), see website for more info.
